Certification and declaration of products

Certification and declaration are the main forms of confirmation of compliance of goods with the requirements applicable on the territory of the Customs Union (Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan).

Therefore one of the following two documents are required for the goods to be delivered and/or released into circulation on the territory of the Customs Union:

- Declaration of Conformity TR CU;

- Certificate of Conformity TR CU.

If the equipment is explosion-proof (electrical or non-electrical) and is subject to the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres" (TR CU 012/2011), the following document is required:

- Certificate of explosion protection TR CU (certificate Ex).
